Article 1 - SCOPE
These general conditions of sale apply to all orders placed with the europara.eu Company.
These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time by the Company. It is up to the customer to consult and formally accept them before ordering.
The terms and conditions of sale are those listed on the site on the day of your order.
Any order placed with europara.eu implies full acceptance, without  reservation or condition of the terms and conditions applicable on the date of such an  order.

 

Article 2 -PRICE PRODUCTS AND SERVICE

The offers of products and services are valid  until they are visible on europara.eu.
Prices of goods and services listed on europara.eu product sheets are exclusive of delivery charges and any other additional special services that you possibly subscribed
The amount of the applicable shipping costs for products ordered on europara.eu are accessible on the "Delivery" page.

Article 3 – CONTROLS

 

Product availability and delivery time are displayed on euroapa.eu.
In the event after your placing an order, a product or service becomes  totally or partially unavailable, europara.eu will notify you by email of this situation and give you the option:
- Or, if you agree, to be receive  a product or service of a quality and a price equivalent to the one ordered
- Or to be reimbursed the product  price or service ordered
3.1. Terms for placing orders
Orders from europara.eu can only  be passed  from our site.
Any order addressed to europara by mail, email, fax or telephone will not be taken into account.
When placing your order, you must confirm it by a technique called "double click": that is to say, after selecting the products added to your cart, you should check and possibly correct  your Cart contents (ie including identification and quantity of selected products, corresponding prices, terms and shipping charges), before validating it,and  accepting  these general conditions of sale, to recognize your obligation to pay control, and thereby confirm the acceptance of your order
3.2 Registration of orders
After placing your order, you acknowledge europara.eu by writing an Order Confirmation email with the summary of your order and number.
Europara.eu  reserves the right  to refuse to  accept your order for any  legitimate reason, especially in the event when:
- It does not comply with these terms and conditions of sale.
- One of your previous orders has not  been paid in full when due,
- A dispute relating to the payment of your previous orders is being processed,
- More serious and consistent evidence that  would place a suspicion of fraud on your order.
The order confirmation email will be sent to the email address you use to log into europara.eu.
Note: If you do not receive an email mentioned above, we recommend that you contact our Customer Service.

 

Article 4 - PAYMENT

Purchasing Payment is by credit card. The control can be set by Visa, Mastercard. The bank account of the buyer will be charged at the end of a maximum of 24 hours of the date of the order, and it will be considered effective upon confirmation of the agreement of payment centers.
If the bank refuses payment, the order is automatically canceled.  Europara.eu will inform the buyer by email.
Europara.eu  reserves the right to suspend or cancel a transaction for any legitimate reason, especially in cases of suspected fraud or in the event of non-payment unregulated.

 

Article 5 - Securing PAYMENTS

To ensure optimum security to its members europara.eu uses the Hipay system, secure payment specialist online.
The bank details of the buyer are encrypted on his computer and  then  transmitted  securely to authorization  servers where the data are checked with the bank of the buyer, in order to prevent abuse and fraud. Europara.eu never has access to confidential information relating to payment.
During transfers via the Internet, this information is encrypted, so it is impossible to read: nothing travels unencrypted over the web! Once payment is confirmed, bank data is destroyed. This is why the bank details of the buyer  are requested  for each order.

 

Article 6 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

6.1 Shipping and Carriers
Europara.eu offers different service delivery directly to your home or withdrawal issue.
Delivery terms, including costs and delays, differ depending on the delivery method chosen and the country of delivery. In such cases, this information is clearly indicated on the page dedicated to delivery methods.


 DELIVERY ADDRESS YOUR CHOICE
  So Colissimo delivery to you: The delivery of the ordered products is carried out at the delivery address when ordering with La Poste. For more information on this methode of delivery and  to know the costs incured,
TNT Delivery: The delivery of the products ordered takes place the day after your order to the shipping address provided in your order, subject to the conditions specified in section 6.2.1


DELIVERY IN RELAY
Delivery via the Global Network Relay®: Delivery of products ordered takes place in one of the 4300 Points Relay® near you or your workplace. For more information on this mode of delivery and for details of tariffs,
6.2 Delivery
6.2.1 Delivery Date
Europara.eu  offers in France the opportunity to be delivered before 13h the day after your order via the carrier TNT (except for orders delivered in Corsica). Only orders placed before 17h by europara.eu  will be delivered the next day. If your order is registered after 17h, you will be delivered the day after you order, or if the next day is a Sunday or a public holiday, the first following business day.
If your order contains multiple products with different delivery times, the delivery time of your order will be the longest period of delivery.
6.2.2 Service Territory
Customers agree to be responsible for the rights of various customs and  taxes charged by the receiving country.
6.2.3 Late delivery
In case of delay in delivery of products ordered, europara.eu will endeavor to inform you.
You can also let us know yourself of a late delivery by contacting our customer service.
Europara.eu  is committed to take steps to determine the cause of the delay and find an adequate solution for the delivery of the products ordered as soon as possible.
In any event, assuming that, after your order, a product or service would become totally or partially unavailable, europara.eu notify you by email of this situation and give you the option:
- Either to be delivered of a good or service of a quality and a price equivalent to that ordered;
- Or to be refunded the price of the good or service ordered.


Article 7- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
7.1 Scope of the right of withdrawal
You have a period of fourteen calendar days  that run from  receipt of the final product of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without any reasons or pay penalties, except for shipping charges and back which are your responsibility.
The transport of returned  products  is your responsibility; any damage to the products on this occasion being in nature, as mentioned below, to thwart the exercise of your right of withdrawal.
7.2 Exercise of the right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to retract your order.
This notification must be made in writing, by any means, including:
 Online, via your customer area:
1) Click on the "contact us"
2) Complete and submit the form => we will email you a return number.
3) See the return number on the right of return,
4) Prepare your package taking care to enclose the return form duly completed
5) See the return number on your visible packages
6) Ship your package to the following address:

Warning: If you do not follow this approach, your application will be considered, but in case of difficulty to identify you, treatment may be extended.
Reimbursement is made by payment used by the Buyer when ordering.
Upon receipt of your withdrawal request, we will send you an acknowledgment containing a return number and specifying the terms of your return package. We recommend that you  include this return number on the package to allow faster processing of your return.

Upon receipt of your withdrawal request, we will send you an acknowledgment containing a return number and specifying the terms of your return package. We recommend that you print and paste this return number on the package to allow faster processing of your return.
Only items returned in a condition for their release for sale by europara.eu (this assuming they are returned in their original packaging or, at least, in packaging to equal protection of those articles in their return transport) will be accepted. Accordingly, Articles returned incomplete, damaged or soiled will not be accepted.

7.3 Exceptions
The right of withdrawal may be exercised for:
- Goods which were unsealed after delivery and can not be returned for hygiene or health protection  reasons:
This is for example the case for (i) the goods bearing the mark of a prolonged use exceeding the time required for the fitting / test and / or (ii) products soiled and (iii) products whose protective lids or the seals have been opened.


7.4 Repayments within the framework of withdrawal


Following your  withdrawal request,  europara.en, in accordance with legal provisions, will make your refund  within 14 days of the notification of your claim of withdrawal. In the absence of receipt of your product or proof  of shipping your product within this period, europara.eu reserves the right to delay your refund until the day of receipt of your product.
Europara.eu conduct your refund via the same means of payment used on the day of your order.

 

Article 8 - Personal data

 

Europara.eu  is responsible for the processing of your personal data.


The information you provide in the context of your orders are to europara.eu and  are used for the treatment and track your orders, service of products ordered on our website and marketing management and customer relationship your account.
The data relating to you will be transmitted to europara.eu providers to order processing and customer service purposes as well as marketing management purposes and customer relations. We assure you in this regard  to have taken the necessary steps to legally regulate this data transfer.

 

Article 9 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

 

All the elements of our website europara.eu and underlying technology are protected by copyrights, patents and trademarks. Anyone wishing to use these elements must first, request written permission to europara.eu society. Similarly, any hypertext link to the Site is prohibited except europara.eu authorize europara.eu society.
